This workout consists of 16 exercises and that we will perform for 30 seconds at a time and we will complete 3 rounds of each circuit of 4 exercises. I want you to increase the challenge for yourself each round and make sure your planks are strong throughout your whole body! I used anywhere from my 8 pound dumbbells up to my 25 pound dumbbells for this workout. I also used my bench for plank exercises as I am 26 weeks pregnant and the incline feels great for me to connect with my deep core muscles. Grab your bench if you have one so we can crush it together! The exercises: 1. Shoulder arch up 2. kneeling front raise 3. Plank circle 4. Plank bod saw 5. Hammer curls 6. Bicep curls 7.
